The Really Social App
The Brief Really Social needed a promotional video to publicly launch their new client management app: a platform built for restaurant owners to manage orders, bookings, marketing, and customer communication in one place.
The Problem The app handled a lot. Sales tracking, table bookings, website orders, email and SMS marketing, social media management, and content approval all sat within a single product. Communicating that range without making the product feel complex or intimidating was the central challenge. Restaurant owners needed to see the value immediately, not work to find it.
The Thinking The video was structured to lead with the problem restaurant owners already recognised: fragmented, manual, time-consuming digital operations. Each product feature was introduced as a direct resolution to a specific pain point, rather than presented as a list of capabilities. The motion system was built to echo the app's own interface language, so the video functioned as an extension of the product rather than an advertisement about it.
The Outcome The video became the public launch asset distributed when the app went live. It also served as the agency's primary client-facing demonstration tool, used by the account team to walk new and prospective restaurant clients through the platform during onboarding and sales conversations.
