Chickaros Cardiff Redemption Campaign
I led creative direction on this campaign as part of a marketing agency. Chickaros wanted two things from one campaign: launch a new Cardiff brunch menu, and build a local customer database they could keep marketing to long after the launch was over.
We built a local sign-up campaign around the new menu, targeting people in Chickaros' delivery and catchment area and giving them a clear, specific reason to come in.

For approximately $231 in ad spend, the campaign reached nearly 12,000 local accounts and was seen over 45,000 times. It drove 384 sign-ups at a cost of around $0.60 each, every one a new contact for the restaurant's database.
Within 30 days, 73 of those tables turned up and redeemed the offer in person. Because every sign-up came with a phone number or email, Chickaros can keep marketing to them through WhatsApp and email long after the campaign ended.
